REFUND POLICY

BOWMOOD offers you a 60-nights trial. Meaning, if you wish to return a product you just have to email us at info@bowmood.com and let us know of your intent to return the product in this first 60-night period.

Please note, we cannot accept goods that are not in a re-saleable condition or that have been used, or that show signs of excessive handling unless the goods were damaged or faulty when received. Excessive handling means any more handling than is reasonably required to ascertain the nature and characteristics of the goods in question, for example no more than would be permitted in a shop.

You will be refunded the full product price of the mattress less the value of any discount, interest accrued, and/or shipping charges.
